•Use of PLC and ability to read ladder and relay logic
•Experience working with Mazak, Chiron, Mori-Seiki, Haas, and Fanuc CNC equipment/controls •A degree or certification in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred •Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician. •Must exhibit an experts’ ability to read, understand and effect blueprint/schematic specifications. |
| Description: |
•Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical,
pneumatics, hydraulics, power distribution, and electricity. •Install, repair and maintain machinery and electrical equipment in accordance with diagrams, specifications and operator's/equipment manuals. •Perform general plant maintenance including maintaining physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems within all areas of the building. •Plan, execute a schedule of, and perform regular preventative maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools, and plant facilities. •Safe and effective operation of complex heavy equipment such as tow motors, hoist, cutter grinders, jig bores, jig mills, surface grinders, lathes and heat-treating processes. |
