Chad Henderson's EZ Street Grand National won the class at the Indy NHRA Unleashed Race this past weekend. The car is outfitted with Holley's Dominator EFI system which was tuned by Monte Smith and began by running 5.231 @145.85 mph in the 1/8th mile during Saturday's qualifying. Holley's Doug Flynn was also present to assist in the tuning of the EFI system. According to Flynn, the car went faster every round, and managed a 5.147 @147.02 mph in the semi-finals. During the final showdown, Henderson and the Grand National put down a [email protected] mph to take home the win at this event. "The car went down the track every time and responded to every minor change that was made," says Flynn. "The track conditions were terrible until the finals, and it took a lot of tuning finesse to get down the track." The Holley Dominator EFI is a plug-and-play system that works with nitrous oxide, superchargers or turbochargers, for unlimited racing applications.
