Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use Microsoft Word to create letters, memos, Approved Product Change Notices (APCN) and specifications sheets as directed. Using and maintaining Microsoft Excel files.
  • Checking of work done by others to insure compliance with PAF originators intent
  • File/Retrieve specifications sheets, documents, drawings, PCI’s and maintaining records.
  • Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change order requests and specifications to verify completeness and intent of proposed engineering change.
  • Adherence to standard office work practices relating to attendance, house keeping, breaks, personnel business, etc.
  • Assist in assigning and maintaining PAF Log for monthly tracking and recording purposes.


Qualifications (Education/Experience required):

·        High school diploma

·        Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy

·        Must have the ability to multi-task

·        Good communication skills

·        Great work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

·        Prior experience in SyteLine ERP system a plus

·        Experience in Microsoft Office applications


Environment

  • The activities are performed in an office setting with infrequent trip to a manufacturing setting.
  • The position requires frequent association with internal and external customers communicating in English on various technical and proprietary topics involving sensitive and confidential data.
