Events Coordinator

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for an Events Coordinator. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to join our growing events team. Be a part of the team that puts on popular event like Holley LS Fest, Ford Festival, and MoParty!

This is a Bowling Green, KY, based in-office position. Responsibilities include traveling to and activating at various automotive consumer events and trade shows around the country. The position will assist with event display creation and related materials for Holley brands. The position also includes logistics responsibilities for safe travel and setup of Holley properties to and from events. A passion and knowledge of automotive functionality and parts is important and familiarity with Holley brand products is preferred. This position is a client-facing role, as it requires on-site customer assistance to provide product recommendations for Holley brands. Cross-functionality with internal departments is required for strategic planning of upcoming events.

Key Job Elements:

  • Responsible for assisting with logistics and planning related to the creation of consumer events
  • Manages paperwork such as registration, insurance, logbooks, etc.
  • Keeps vehicle fleet maintained and maintenance records up to date
  • Facilitate loading/unloading and safe transportation of parts to and from events
  • Manage organization of parts and track inventory prior to/during events and assist in creation and setup of events displays
  • Work with other departments to identify trending and upcoming products
  • Work with merchandisers and management identifying targeted parts needed for order and create impactful events displays
  • Tasked with setup and tear down of event displays onsite
  • Other duties assigned as we flow in and out of event seasons

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills are required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred auto enthusiast with product knowledge and technical experience in Holley brands
  • Proactive coordination with internal resources to accomplish tasks and execute projects from start to completion. Strong follow-up skills
  • Requires detail oriented self-starter capable of working individually as well as in a team
  • Some travel required (10% - 20%)
  • Must be able to lift and move more than 50lbs regularly
