Exhaust Cut & Form Operator

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has immediate openings for the Cut & Form Operator positions at our Bowling Green, KY facility!

Requirements: Must have ability to safely operate:

• Vertical and/or Horizontal Band Saw
• Belt Grinder
• Laser Cutter
• Hydraulic End-Former Machines

Must be able to:

• Read and interpret blue prints to process parts.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Set Master and Fixtures for appropriate cutting and forming processes.
• Compliance with appropriate safety practices and maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Maintain specifications by observing: Jigs fitting inspection, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions and replacing worn tools.
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Ability to perform detailed inspection on cut and bent pipes.
• Basic Math skills (able to perform calculations necessary to measure machined parts).

Education/Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing atmosphere preferred but not required.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to be on your feet for 8 or more hours per day.
