Get precision fuel-flow management with Holley’s new HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators. Manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and CNC machined to exact tolerances, Holley’s HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators are adjustable from 4.5 to 9psi, and work with a variety of electronic, mechanical or belt-driven fuel pumps. These high-flow regulators feature a black, bright-dip anodized body with a clear bright-dip anodized top, to provide a great-looking appearance that also prevents corrosion. Each HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulator comes with it’s own mounting bracket and can directly replace any Holley “classic” style regulator without extra plumbing or new fittings. There are four Holley HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators to choose from. Holley PN12-840 is manufactured for standard carbureted applications and features 3/8-inch NPT ports (one inlet and two outlets), a 2.20-inch (7/32-inch) restriction, and a 1/8-inch NPT fuel gauge port. Holley PN12-841 is for carbureted applications using an electric fuel pump requiring a fuel return line to the tank. It also features 3/8-inch NPT ports (one inlet, one outlet and one return line or bypass), and a 1/8-inch NPT fuel gauge port. Holley PN12-842 is for carbureted applications using a mechanical or belt-driven fuel pump requiring a return line to the tank. This model also features 3/8-inch NPT ports (one inlet, one outlet and one return line or bypass), an idle bleed, and a 1/8-inch NPT fuel gauge port. Holley PN12-843 features a single -10AN O-ring inlet and two -8AN O-ringed outlets for carbureted applications. It also features a .437-inch (7/16-inch) restriction and a 1/8-inch NPT fuel gauge port. Holley HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators are a part of the company’s new HP Fuel System product line.
