Bill Rowe’s 1964 Dodge Polara is an interesting case study. From certain angles, the B-body presents itself as a nicely restored example…which it is. At the other end…namely, the front end…you find a blown 392ci Hemi under the hood and a blower whine that can’t be mistaken. All from a gentleman who tends to prefer much earlier iron, like his beautiful ’34 Plymouth that was parked nearby!
