Holley needs Full-Time Technical Support Representatives

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Representative. This is a great opportunity for a creative and energetic individual with a minimum of 2 year’s experience working in the automotive service field and/or automotive trade school with a focus on engine performance.

Job Description:

Assist customers via phone and e-mail with product support, component recommendations, and verbal instruction through inbound phone calls and e-mails that require technical assistance. The working environment is 98% office (located at our corporate headquarters in south central Kentucky) and 2% field work.

The right candidate will be someone that is strong in the following areas: Positive attitude, excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette with the ability to communicate complex information to a wide variety of people, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, strong work ethic, team player, willingness to learn and be trained, customer service oriented, concerned about the end result, willingness to devote extra time to develop a strong knowledge of our entire product line.

This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities associated with this position.

Prior experience with carburetors, fuel injection, forced induction, nitrous oxide systems, automotive electrical systems and performance plumbing systems are a plus.

High school diploma or GED, computer and internet experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and e-mail required.
