Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an opening for a Influencer Relations Coordinator.


This Bowling Green, KY, based in-office position is centered on creating and growing relationships with key media partners and influencers within the performance aftermarket and others. This person should be keen on development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The maintaining of these relationships garners branding and awareness, maximizing company presence on leading digital platforms (i.e. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Additionally this job involves a small component of time assisting other marketing functions as needed.


Key Job Elements:

  • Works with influencers to fulfill product requests for content creation. Includes working with influencers directly or through their agents or teams when relevant
  • Utilize influencer campaign management tool to streamline influencer campaign efforts and upstream reporting
  • Follow-up to ensure campaign deliverable requirements are fully realized
  • Familiarization with standard marketing department concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Works with general supervision to ensure consistent, effective, branded marketing is aligned to Holley goals
  • Ideate new, creative approaches for campaigns
  • Keep up with emerging trends, technologies, influencers, and platforms.
  • Requires travel from periodically relevant to Holley-owned events that our influencers attend/participate in
  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Keen understanding of appropriate operating practices for companies and influencer partnerships
  • Technical product knowledge is a must in order to recommend appropriate product selection and product information for project campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and relationship building skills
  • Great project management skills. Able to self-start; capable of working individually as well as in a team environment
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
  • Proactive coordination with internal resources to accomplish tasks and completely execute projects
  • Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Some travel may be required (10%-20%)
