Weiand Team G water pumps utilize an exclusive housing with a “twisted snout” permanent mold tooling process for the ultimate in styling, casting quality, and surface finish that is 30 to 50% lighter then an OEM cast iron water pump. Inside this exclusive housing is a bearing counter bore where Weiand installs premium bearings and seals. The counter bore design ensures bearing form and prevents bearing walk out.
