Dave Pennington started his 1963 Chevy II Nova gasser project 4 years ago, and by looking at the finished product you’d never know he started with a rough canvas. Today the car packs a Hilborn stack injected big block with Holley EFI, and is backed by a gasser-perfect, 4 speed transmission.
