Holley is pleased to announce the expansion of STS Turbo's line of high-performance turbochargers to include a rear-mounted twin turbocharger system for C5 Corvettes and a remote-mounted single turbocharger kit for a virtually limitless variety of applications. The rear-mounted turbo systems are designed for LS1- and LS6-powered 1997-2004 Corvettes, and the remote-mounted single turbocharger kits unleash up to 620 horsepower in 4.0-5.0L engines and up to 760 horsepower for 6.0-7.0L powerplants.

CORVETTE C5 REAR MOUNTED TWIN TURBOCHARGER SYSTEMS 

STS Rear Mounted Twin Turbo Systems deliver substantial horsepower and torque gains across a broad power curve for C5 Corvettes. Developed specifically for LS1- and LS6-powered 1997-2004 C5s, their rear-mount design allows you to keep your stock intake, throttle body, exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, and mid-pipes and eliminates the need for expensive headers or mufflers.

Relocating the turbos to the rear of the car helps maintain the balance of the vehicle, vastly reduces under-hood temperatures, and unclutters the engine compartment, streamlining repairs because there's no longer any need to remove the turbos or tubing to get to the rest of the engine. Being exposed to ambient air instead of under-hood air also improves cooling and creates denser exhaust gasses that drive the turbine wheel more efficiently. Mounted in place of the stock mufflers, the system is engineered to spool quickly, and there's no need for major modifications because everything attaches to factory mounts.

STS Rear Mounted Twin Turbo Systems are available as a Tuning Kit that includes an DiabloSport inTune i3 handheld tuner and higher-rate fuel injectors, or as a Standard Kit that lets you create a custom tune with your existing injectors. They come complete with everything you need – the turbochargers, wastegate, blow-off valve, intercooler, tubing, hardware, and a detailed, full-color instruction manual.

STS Turbo Remote Mounted Single Turbocharger Kits are available in two versions – one for 4.0-5.0L engines that delivers up to 620 horsepower at the crankshaft and one for 6.0-7.0L engines that delivers up to 760. Both are complete kits that come with the turbo itself and a wastegate, wiring harness, air filter, patented oiling system, mounting flanges, and a detailed, full-color installation manual. Relocating the turbo eliminates extreme under-hood temperatures and unclutters the engine compartment so that normal repairs and upgrades can be handled without the hassle of removing the turbo and all the tubing. It also allows you to retain stock exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, mid pipes, intake, and throttle body and gets rid of clearance and interference issues with belts, pulleys, and accessories in your engine bay.
