DURANGO, CO – Jason Kaminsky and Richard Jenkins, with Four Corners 4×4, recently kicked off the W.E.R.O.C.K. Dirt Riot endurance racing 2014 Southwest Series with a second-place finish on March 9th. The event took place at Thompson’s Ranch outside of Congress, Arizona. Kaminsky and Jenkins started mid-pack in a field of multiple class vehicles and quickly maneuvered past many of them. The team led 3 of 4 laps before slower, lapped traffic and a last-lap mechanical break caused them to finish in 2nd.

“We are happy to be back in the car and looking to improve upon our 2013 season in the Southwest Series,” reflects Kaminsky. “Last year we didn’t complete the race here due to mechanical issues which immediately set us back in earning the series title. The series is becoming increasingly competitive, and every event counts, so we are pleased to be on the podium here.” The Four Corners 4×4 team finished the 2013 Dirt Riot Southwest Series with a 2nd place overall title and is looking to improve to the top spot for 2014.

The Four Corners 4×4 crew will next compete in round 2 of the Southwest Series on April 5th at MC Motorsports Park near Tucson, Arizona.
