1988-2000 Chevrolet C1500 - LT Swap

GM's 4th Generation pickup was built on the GMT400 platform and available with multiple versions of the ubiquitous small-block V8. From 1990-94, GM offered a cult legend, the 454 SS. Whether you needed to haul a trailer, get off the grid, or rip down the 1320, GM had a C/K1500 for you. Step 1: Engine Mounts

  • Choose From Standard or Premium Engine Mounts for Your Engine Swap in the C1500 2-wheel drive truck
  • Standard Mounts Are for GM Gen-V LT Engine Swaps
  • Premium Mounts Are for GM LS or GM Gen-V LT Engine Swaps (Allows Future Engine Change to LS or LT by Using Different Clamshell Component)
  • Choose from Forward or Rearward Bias on Engine Mounts
  • The Factory Crossmember is Re-Used with This Engine Swap

Step 2: Oil Pans

  • Factory Gen-V LT Plans Don't Fit or Hang Too Low w/ an Engine Swap
  • LT Swap Pans Provide Maximum Clearance to the Chassis & Ground
  • OE (Original Equipment) Style Fitment for Durability, Strength, and Proper Sealing
  • Choose from Standard or Drag Race Pan
  • Includes Pan, Pickup, Windage Tray, and Hardware

Step 3: Fuel System

  • Choose from 340 or 525 Liters per Hour Fuel Module - Fits in Factory Fuel Tank
  • Stock Style Replacement Fuel Tanks Are Also Available

Step 4: Accessory Drives

Step 5: Terminator X and X Max

  • Standalone Plug and play GM Gen V LT engine control including GDI and VVT support
  • Ideal for swapping late model GM Gen V LT engines into vintage vehicles
  • GM LT Drive-by Wire Throttle Body Control (Terminator X Max Only)
  • Built in 1bar MAP Sensor, vacuum hose adapters included (1/8th – ¼ and 3/16ths) - or for Boosted applications, you can disable the internal MAP sensor, and utilize an external LT MAP Sensor, the harness comes with the connector terminated, making the installation a snap
  • Terminator X Max - also Controls GM Automatic Transmission (4L60/4L80)
  • 4 Inputs – 12v, Ground, 5v, and Frequency, for things such as additional pressure sensors, or activation triggers for nitrous activation, or a trans brake (Fuel and Oil Pressure Inputs are pre-terminated)
