The new Hooker BlackHeart steering shafts are designed to work with Hooker Blackheart S-10/Sonoma LS Swap Headers (P/N's 70201317-RHKR & 70201316-RHKR) and will also work as a factory replacement. These shafts are a complete bolt-on solution with no modifications necessary.
