Certainly when it comes to performance items hitting the market, the inline 6 cyl. engine is the last application that pops into your head. Although the 200, 250 are reliable and economical engines, they offer little in performance. Scott Drake Mustang has changed the way you look at 6 cylinders. We believe that a properly modified 6 cyl. will put out as much usable low R.P.M. horsepower as a V8. We offer both the single and dual outlet versions. Single outlet is recommended especially if no other modifications will be made. Dual outlets work best with Hi-Po Camshaft, 2V carb and Pertronix Ignitor. Single outlet also works well with above modifications. Dual outl et is for customers that want the look and sound of a V8. Either header will improve horsepower and economy. The Exhaust Port Divider, part #C3OZ-9430-EPD, which smooths out air flow between the #3 and #4 cylinder can be purchased separately. This is not provided with the headers. This divider is good for 5 to 10% horsepower increase alone. These headers will fit in a Mustang, Falcon, Ranchero, Comet, Fairlane, Torino, Maverick. Dimensions Primaries are 1.5" OD Collectors are 2.5" OD.
