O-Ring and Mounting Hardware provided with Sniper EFI Intake Manifold

Your instructions require you to torque down the Hex Socket Cap Screws & the Spring - Lock Washers provided to factory specs.
(first to 44 in-lbs. and then to 89 in-lbs.) following the recommended factory bolt tightening sequence. 1st, the spring-lock washers are thin and when torqueing down the Cap Screws, I found the washers squeezed into the smaller of the screw openings.
You can never get to 44 lbs. of torque when your lock washers provided become deformed and start to spread out. I had to use
needle-nose priers to pry out the washers. I had one Cap Screw break at the bottom of the cap. Also, the bottom of the screw opening (at cap) also deforms under torque pressure from the screw cap and lock washer.
You should provide a 6mm. flat washer and a 6mm. spring-lock washer. You need to change your torque instructions. I would eliminate the 44 in-lbs./ 89 in-lbs. torque requirements. The sniper manifold material & the spring lock washer can't handle it.
Didn't anyone check and see if the mounting hardware provided would work with this manifold?
