XDR Off-Road® is proud to introduce our new Magnum Grip Dual-gate performance shifter and passenger side grab handle for the 2017-2019 Can-Am Maverick X3 side by sides. The Magnum Grip dual gate shifter and grab handle feature CNC billet aluminum construction, an ergonomic design for a modern aggressive look, replaceable midnight black polycarbonate side grip plates and spring loaded stainless steel trigger for positive locking and unlocking in and out of gears. This trick new shifter features both a standard gated shift pattern and a "Hill Killer" shift gate pattern that was designed to be used as a safety device when attempting steep hill climbs. This is done by dropping the shifter down into the lower Hill Killer shift gate, which eliminates the reverse lockout feature of the ratchet gate plate and ensures quick shifts when needed from forward to reverse gear to save the front end from going over backward when climbing steep hills. The shifter gate assembly is constructed from heavy 304 stainless steel for precise shifts and durability. Other features include MIL-Spec anodized black finish, bushing rod, and trigger. Includes all necessary hardware and easy to follow installation instructions.
