Flowtech 50-State Legal Header for 1996-2000 GM Trucks and SUV’s
Flowtech is pleased to announce the availability of their new 50-State Legal, EO# D-115-16, header for 1996-2000 GM Trucks, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and 1998-00 Escalade SUVs with the 5.0L or 5.7L engines both two and four wheel drive, P/N 91832FLT.
The Flowtech 91832FLT is made from durable 16 gauge tubing. The 1-5/8” mandrel bent primaries provide the extra breathing capacity needed for the 5.0L and 5.7L engines. Durable 3/8” thick-machined flanges are utilized to ensure proper seal against the cylinder head for a leak free installation. The 91832FLT are designed to bolt directly to the stock exhaust headpipes and accommodate all emission control equipment.
Flowtech 91832FLT headers come finished with a baked on high heat resistant black paint or for a show look; Flowtech also offers the 91837FLT with a ceramic coating, P/N 91832-1FLT. This coating provides improved thermal stability reducing the possibility of header cracking. The high luster finish is rust resistant and acts as an insulator resulting in higher exhaust temperatures within the system to increase performance while lowering the under-hood temperatures.

How To Choose An Electric Radiator Fan| 09/18/2018
When making big horsepower on the street, keeping your engine cool is essential. A radiator only works if there is airflow through the radiator core. An electrical fan provides constant airflow even when the engine is idling, when your engine needs it the most and since they are electric, they do not affect engine horsepower or fuel economy.
