The Bonneville Salt Flats is undeniably the Mecca for all land speed racers young and old. But the dreams of many are now in peril, as years of salt mining has taken a devastating toll on the Bonneville’s fragile salt surface. Through the hard work of associations such as Save The Salt and Bonneville, A Century of Speed an effort has been set forth to save the racing surface by pumping salt brine onto it to supplement current salt replenishment activities.

At this years 65th Grand National Roadster show, January 24-26 2014, Bonneville, A Century of Speed will host a special presentation highlighting 100 years of racing at Bonneville with an elite gathering of some of the worlds fastest vehicles while highlighting the efforts of Save the Salt.

We invite you to join us as we help celebrate the 100th anniversary of Bonneville at the 65th Grand National Roadster show…. and we ask you for your support to help save the salt.
