Project LS2 S14Featured in Forza Motorsport 6

If you have been able to make it to LS Fest any of the past several years, it is likely that you have stumbled upon a 1996 Nissan 240SX either on the autocross course or parked right in front of the Holley show trailer. Even though an LS-swapped S-chassis Nissan isn't the breathtaking deception that it was a decade ago, there's no denying the awesome combination of a light chassis combined with the torquey V8 heart of an American muscle car.

This particular example belongs to Blane Burnett, Holley's Marketing and PR Coordinator, and features an LS2 that puts 419 horsepower to the rear wheels with the help of a Holley Dominator ECU. The engine bay looks like it was designed to accept the LS2 thanks to a bevy of Hooker Headers swap parts including engine mounts, transmission mounts, and a set of longtube headers that mate to a Hooker exhaust system.

After bumping intothe Forza Motorsport crew at SEMA this year, John Schommer linked up with Blane to put together this article featuring Blane's Silvia on their website. The article covers Blane's journey with not only this car, but his evolution into becoming the full-fledged gearhead that he is today. Since this is Forza Motorsport we are talking about, they did their best to create a digital version of Blane's car. Unfortunately, Forza 6 does not count an S14 among its included cars at this time, so the color, wheels, and race livery were transferred to the next closest thing, an S15 240SX. You can also find thatrendition of Burnetts car in Forza Motorsport 6 by picking up a 2000 Silvia Spec-R and then searchingHMA or Holley in the Forza Marketplace. Then just add the livery and tune to your collection.Be sure to read the full story here!
