Holley Performance Products seeks a Search Engine Marketing Specialist for a full-time role within our automotive aftermarket organization. The company and location of the job is in Bowling Green, KY – a “certified” car town and only an hour north of Nashville!

We are looking for an individual to support our marketing team by managing and reporting primarily on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) within Google and Bing. The position also has the option to assist with email programs, paid social campaigns, and website maintenance/reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is willing to explore new ideas and test new marketing strategies. This role works collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager to support Holley’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll be a part of a highly talented group of marketing and web professionals.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Reporting on campaigns and optimizing based on findings.
  • Testing new features and tactics as the platforms evolve.
  • Sharing product advertising knowledge with marketing stakeholders.
  • Developing digital marketing plans for new products from a demand capture perspective
  • Handle day-to-day ad maintenance tasks and maintain a workload of projects.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity and sharing this knowledge with both direct and senior management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar degree.
  • Experience with and knowledge of ecommerce product sales.
  • Experience with online marketing and display advertising set-up and coordination (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook).
  • Experience with the following software: Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS concepts
  • Automotive aftermarket experience, a strong plus
  • Resourceful and able to troubleshoot issues
  • Marketing knowledge preferred
  • Social media, photography, videography or design experience, a plus
  • Experience with other ad platforms, a plus
  • Ability to have fun and dress up as characters for marketing videos, a plus
