What happens when the owner of a five-second, Drag Week-proven machine decides that he's going to throw his own event? You get Tom Bailey's Sick Week, which is kicking off it's first-ever event this year. Does it seem a bit early in the year to hit the road and the racetracks? Normally, yes, the beginning of February could be considered a bit early, but in Florida and Georgia, the temperatures are still nice and inviting for a fleet of racers who want to get a running start at the 2022 season. 350 machines made the migration to Bradenton Motorsports Park in Florida to get checked in and prepared to go on the adventure, with Bailey himself counted among the racers who are going to hit the road. Testing on Registration Day was going on before the TBM Brakes Pre-Event Party held at Cleetus McFarland's Freedom Factory.
