Holley EFI System
Our new EFI system will be used on this engine to provide improved power and performance from the LS3 engine. The EFI System is a simple plug–in style unit that makes upgrading from a carburetor as simple as ever.

Engine and Trans Painted And Installed
Previously the engine was mocked into position. Now, it's painted Chevy orange and installed into the frame. The Headers are also finally complete and attach to the dual exhaust system and Hooker AeroChamber mufflers.

Exhaust System
Now that the engine is in the chassis, the exhaust system was fabricated and routed through the new center crossmember. Here you can see how the exhaust runs under the chassis and into a set of Hooker AeroChamber mufflers.

New Headers
Here's what the final header configuration looked like. These long–tube Headers clear the engine, frame and a later model steering box that we used on the 67.

Installing the LS3
Here's our 480 hp LS3 motor with a Tremec TKO 600 five speed transmission bolted onto it. We had to trial fit it several times into the 67 but once all of the measurements were taken, the engine fit in nicely.
