Flowtech is pleased to announce the availability of their new 49-State Legal (E.O. Pending) header for all 2004-2005 Dodge two and four wheel drive 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.7L Hemi engines, P/N 91948FLT. The Flowtech 91948FLT is made from durable 16 gauge tubing. The 1-5/8” mandrel bent primaries provide the extra breathing capacity needed for the 5.7L Hemi engine. Durable 3/8” thick-machined flanges are utilized to ensure proper seal against the cylinder head for a leak free installation. The 91948FLT are designed to bolt directly to the stock exhaust headpipes and accommodate all emission control equipment. Flowtech 91948FLT headers come finished with a baked on high heat resistant black paint or for a show look; Flowtech also offers the 91948FLT with a ceramic coating, P/N 91948-1FLT. This coating provides improved thermal stability reducing the possibility of header cracking. The high luster finish is rust resistant and acts as an insulator resulting in higher exhaust temperatures within the system to increase performance while lowering the under-hood temperatures.
