Charlie Tatum’s radical El Camino started out as a project that was started in the mid-1980s. The original builder abandoned the project, and that’s where Charlie stepped in. There’s a little bit of everything here…a 1970 El Camino, 1969 sheetmetal up front, and a 1977 Chevy four-wheel-drive chassis underneath!
