Holley is proud to announce the release of the new VR Series of fuel pumps, fuel pressure regulators, and fuel filters. The VR1 and VR2 fuel pumps are truly powerhouses capable of providing enough fuel for almost any application imaginable. These pumps feature brushless pump technology and a twin-screw rotor design. This design allows them to maintain pressures up to 130 psi and flow up to 323 GPH at 13.8 volts. If even more flow is required, the VR2 pump is capable of nearly 425 GPH when it is running at 18.5 volts. This is enough fuel to support over 4,000 horsepower naturally aspirated and well over 3,000 horsepower in forced induction applications when using pump gas or race fuel. The pumps include a 2 step controller for pump speed control which allows the pumps to be run at either high or low-speed depending on fuel consumption requirements. The VR2 pumps include two controllers for precise control of both pumps independently of each other. The VR1 pump features a -10 AN o-ring inlet and outlet. The VR2 pumps both use a single -10 AN o-ring outlet. However, the VR2 pump is available with either a -16 AN o-ring inlet or dual -10 AN o-ring inlets. To support the level of fuel flow that the VR Series pumps are capable of, Holley designed matching VR Series fuel pressure regulators for both fuel-injected and carbureted applications. They are precision machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for strength and durability. The body is bright black dip anodized for corrosion resistance. The carbureted regulators are adjustable from 4-9 psi, while the fuel injected regulators are adjustable from 40-100 psi. They can also be referenced on a 1:1 ratio for forced induction applications. The two port regulators feature a -10 AN o-ring inlet/outlet and return, while the four port regulators utilize a -10 AN o-ring inlet and return with four -8 AN o-ring outlets. To complete the fuel system, Holley's VR Series billet fuel filters are rated to flow up to 460 GPH and are available with 10, 40, and 100-micron elements for use as pre- and post-pump filtration. The 460 GPH filters measure 2" in diameter and are 8.75" long. The housing features a -12 AN o-ring inlet and outlet. The VR Series pumps, regulators, and filters are also compatible with methanol and ethanol-based fuels when draining and flushing after each race event.
