Flowtech is pleased to announce the availability of their new 50-State Legal, EO# D-115-16, header for 1996-2000 GM Trucks, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and 1998-00 Escalade SUVs with the 5.0L or 5.7L engines both two and four wheel drive, P/N 91832FLT. The Flowtech 91832FLT is made from durable 16 gauge tubing. The 1-5/8” mandrel bent primaries provide the extra breathing capacity needed for the 5.0L and 5.7L engines. Durable 3/8” thick-machined flanges are utilized to ensure proper seal against the cylinder head for a leak free installation. The 91832FLT are designed to bolt directly to the stock exhaust headpipes and accommodate all emission control equipment. Flowtech 91832FLT headers come finished with a baked on high heat resistant black paint or for a show look; Flowtech also offers the 91837FLT with a ceramic coating, P/N 91832-1FLT. This coating provides improved thermal stability reducing the possibility of header cracking. The high luster finish is rust resistant and acts as an insulator resulting in higher exhaust temperatures within the system to increase performance while lowering the under-hood temperatures.
