Holley’s new HP Billet Fuel Filters provide a high-degree of filtration, fuel-flow and durability for mild to extreme fuel system requirements. These billet fuel filters are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and use two types of filtration elements. A stainless steel woven mesh element is used on the 40 and 100-micron rated filters, while a depth-media element is used on all 10-micron rated filters. In any configuration, Holley HP Billet Fuel Filters use a corrosion resistant, black anodized body and clear anodized end caps that look great and are easy to use with your carbureted or EFI fuel system. Holley’s 100 GPH HP Billet Fuel Filters measure 3.5”L x1.5”D and come in your choice of filtration and plumbing configurations. PN162-550 (10-micron), PN162-562 (40-micron), and PN162-551(100-micron) filters use a 3/8” NPT inlet and outlet. PN162-556 (10-micron), PN162-565 (40-micron), and PN162-557 (100-micron) filters are manufactured for either an element or O-ring fitting inlet and outlet. Holley’s 175 GPH HP Billet Fuel Filters measure 5”Lx3”D and also come in a variety of filtration and plumbing configurations. PN162-554 (10-micron), PN162-555 (40-micron), and PN162-564(100-micron) filters feature a -8AN fitting inlet and outlet. Holley PN162-552 (10-micron), PN162- 563 (40-micron) and PN162-553 (100-micron) filters feature a 3/8” NPT inlet and outlet. Holley PN162-558 (10-micron), PN162-566 (40-micron) and PN162-559 (100-micron) filters are manufactured for either an element or O-ring fitting inlet and outlet. Holley recommends using its HP Billet 1-micron fuel filters for post filtration on EFI systems, its 40-micron fuel filters for post filtration on carbureted systems, and its 100-micron filters for pre-filtration on EFI and carbureted systems.
