The SEMA Show has traditionally been a coming out party for new products and innovative technologies and 2026 is no different. Holley displayed intriguing products that appealed to a wide range of enthusiasts—fans of trucks, American muscle, European sports cars, and motorsports were all well represented.

AEM X-Series Plus: Faster Feedback, Smarter Sensor Protection

Accurate air-fuel ratio information is essential when tuning a performance engine, but response speed is only part of the equation. AEM’s new X-Series Plus wideband AFR gauge also addresses sensor durability, particularly during startup.

The gauge uses a proprietary sensor developed with FAE and next-generation X-Digital technology. AEM reports a 10-percent improvement in response speed, helping tuners see changes in fueling sooner.

For enthusiasts and racers who depend on wideband data through repeated cold starts, street miles and track sessions, the emphasis is as much on keeping the sensor working as delivering faster readings.

Edge CTS4 Makes Its SEMA Debut

Edge’s CTS4 lineup brought a larger screen and faster processing to its latest generation of in-cab monitoring and tuning devices. A 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen provides 21 percent more viewing area than the previous 5-inch display, while a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor supports quicker startup and more responsive operation. Applications include popular gasoline and diesel engines.

The CTS4 ecosystem gives truck owners several ways to use the platform. Insight handles digital monitoring, Insight+ adds custom tuning capability through PowerCal, Evolution offers preloaded Edge tuning, and Juice with Attitude combines the display with inline power adjustment. Vehicle coverage and available functions depend on the model and application.

Wi-Fi updates make it possible to keep firmware and vehicle coverage current without connecting the device to a computer. For owners watching temperatures, checking trouble codes or keeping track of engine behavior while towing, the larger display puts useful information within easier reach.

Superior Engine Dress Up Options for Chevy LS/LT Powerplants

Holley’s two-piece LS valve covers give Gen III/IV LS engines a cleaner, more finished appearance by concealing the ignition coils and wiring beneath removable outer covers. The cast-aluminum design combines a coil-mounting base with an integrated cover, eliminating the need to relocate the coils or use complicated valve-cover adapters.

Available in several styles, including finned, Chevrolet script (pictured), and modern designs, these covers complement everything from traditional hot rods to contemporary performance builds. Multiple finishes let enthusiasts coordinate the look with other engine accessories while retaining the convenience of engine-mounted ignition coils.

APR Stage 3+: Airflow, Fueling and Software Together

APR’s Stage 3+ Turbo System for the MK8 Volkswagen Golf R and GTI highlighted the value of developing turbo hardware, fueling and calibration together.

The systems build around Garrett’s PowerMax GT2563S turbocharger and APR Multi-Port Injection, with the factory ECU controlling the additional port injectors alongside the original direct injection system.

APR's approach increases fuel capacity while retaining integrated engine management and protection strategies.

The GTI package also includes a Golf R brushless low-pressure fuel pump and controller to support the increased fuel demand. APR’s application-specific software coordinates the hardware, with transmission software requirements depending on the selected configuration.

For owners moving beyond earlier tuning stages, the program provides a defined upgrade path that addresses the supporting systems needed to use a larger turbo effectively.

Dinan’s M-Hunter Approach

Dinan’s M-Hunter packages carried the coordinated-upgrade theme into BMW applications. Dinan reports that a fully configured M-Hunter M340i produces 455 wheel horsepower and 477 lb-ft of torque at the wheels on premium fuel.

The package approach gives enthusiasts a way to select complementary upgrades around a defined performance goal. It also illustrates how the brand is serving owners who want more capability from the BMW they already drive.

More Control for GM and Ram Truck Owners

Holley’s truck offerings also included Range DFM Pro and the Edge EZ module for newer Cummins-powered Rams.

Range DFM Pro combines Dynamic Fuel Management and automatic start/stop disable functions with app-based throttle sensitivity adjustment for supported GM trucks and SUVs. Bluetooth connectivity also provides access to diagnostic code reading and clearing, along with emissions readiness information. The appeal extends beyond changing cylinder-deactivation behavior: owners can adjust pedal response and access useful diagnostic functions through the same system.

For supported 2025-and-newer Ram 6.7-liter Cummins applications, Edge advertises EZ module gains of up to 110 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The plug-in module adds performance without flashing the factory ECM, and an EZ package paired with Insight CTS4 combines that capability with the new monitoring platform.

A Preview of Racing Safety Products

SEMA also provided an early look at safety products scheduled to launch at PRI. Highlights included Simpson’s refreshed Standard Titanium, Sportsman Titanium and SLT-II race suits, updated harnesses and the Devil Ray 4 helmet built on the Snell SA2025 platform. HRX’s North American lineup and Stilo WRX helmets (pictured) rounded out the preview.

Looking across Holley's SEMA booth, the common thread was practical development: faster access to vehicle data, better sensor protection, coordinated performance upgrades and new options for racers. Holley’s 2026 SEMA presence showed how those improvements are reaching everything from daily-driven trucks and European performance cars to dedicated competition vehicles.
