Holley’s BlackHeart Mustang GT officially became a Long Hauler last week after completing all seven legs of the 2015 Hot Rod Power Tour. The Tour stretched approximately 1,400 miles from Madison, Wisconsin all the way to the final stop in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The photos you see in this blog entry were snapped at one of the many boat ramps along Highway 90 in Pass Christian, Mississippi as the Holley Gearheads made their way to Baton Rouge. Now that the BlackHeart Mustang has been thoroughly road tested to Holley's satisfaction, the Hooker BlackHeart 2015 Mustang Giveaway has been launched in an effort to award the car to one lucky winner. The Mustang features Hooker Headers' BlackHeart premium stainless exhaust system. This includes a set of stainless steel long tube headers with 1 3/4" primaries along with a BlackHeart 3" stainless steel cat back exhaust and x-pipe system. An Airaid cold-air intake system will also offer an aggressive intake tone and better breathing abilities. A Diablosport T1000 Trinity will ensure the BlackHeart Mustang is making the most of these upgrades. The Mustang GT also benefits from Ford's optional "Track Pack" which boasts a larger radiator, bigger Brembo brakes and rotors, larger wheels and tires, and more. The BlackHeart Mustang will be used for further product development through early 2016 after which the winner of the contest will be announced.
