With the Lucas Oil Regional Series holding both Rounds 2 & 3 on the same weekend, Cody Rahders took the opportunity to rebound from a DNF in Round 1 to win both Rounds 2 & 3 of the Production 1000 class in his 2015 Polaris RZR XP1000.

After spending the Friday with Justin Lambert, of Cognito Motorsports, taking lap times, and Brandon Hong, from Sparks Racing, dialing in his clutch, Cody then went on to place 2nd in Saturday's qualifier for Round 2 of the series. In the main heat Cody started in fourth position and by the exit of turn one he was leading. From there on it was turning laps until the checkered flag and his first win of the 2015 season.

On Sunday for Round 3 Cody set the fastest lap in qualifying and with an inversion of 6, he would start on the outside of row three. He moved from 6th to 4th by the exit of turn one and then went on to pass the rest of the field until he was leading by lap 5. From there Cody would lay down laps until he had a 10+ car lead at the finish and his second win of the weekend.

“My new RZR is so good, it does exactly what I want it to do when I want it to do it, it's hooked up and fast. Every part we are using works perfectly, It needs nothing the car works so good.”
