Let's take a look at some ways that Mallory Ignition can boost your Chevelle's performance. As a part of our newsletter special feature, we're going to focus on the 1970 Chevelle. For your distributor, install a 3-wire ready to run Promaster, part #8360M. In this distributor, Mallory has delivered the maximum performance in an economically priced package. With an easy to adjust vacuum advance and top mount mechanical advance, the Promaster has all the features you need for pro performance. When using the 3-wire ready to run distributor, you must include an 8207M Promaster high output coil. These coils offer 0.4 Ohms of primary resistance and 5.0K Ohms of secondary resistance with a max voltage of 44 KV. Now that you have your power, use Mallory's top of the line 8mm spiral core pro sidewinder plug wire kits for high energy output with the RFI suppression for today's on board electronics. For big block Chevy Chevelle you will probably use a #938 with straight spark plug boots. The 90 degree spark plug boot kit is Mallory #937.
