We made huge power on our Super Flow Chassis Dyno, indicating the optimal tune for 93 octane. We optimized the factory timing and fueling maps through hundreds of dyno pulls to ensure peak performance- and the proof is in the numbers on the dyno sheet! Running a DiabloSport modified PCM along with a Trinity or inTune i2 tuner allows you to take control of your Jeep like never before. Our 93 octane tunes for 2016 Jeep Wranglers add 20 horsepower along with a wheel churning 25 Ft.Lbs of torque. Both the Trinity and inTune i2 performance programmers allow for complete control over the Jeep’s factory systems including throttle response, TPMS sensors, traction control, and high-performance parameters like a spark, fuel, idle, and many more. For off-road-minded drivers, we have even included a “Performance Crawl” Tune option designed specifically for obstacle courses or rough terrain!


How to Unlock Your Jeep’s True Potential

Here is how it works: Provide us with your Jeep’s VIN and Odometer mileage using this order form and we will send out a Diablo Modified PCM and any tuning devices you need to tune the vehicle. You will replace your vehicle’s stock PCM with the Diablo Modified PCM through a simple process that should only take about twenty minutes. Once you have replaced the factory PCM, you can install a tune with your DiabloSport tuner and you are ready to go! If you need to go to the dealership for service work, re-install your original PCM and the dealer will not be able to tell that you have done any modifications. The tune selections for the 2015-2016 Jeep Wranglers depend on the type of gas you want to put in the tank. For best results, we always recommend running the highest-octane gas available, and running the tune associated with that octane rating (ex: 93 octane, 91 octane)


93 Octane Performance Tune +20 HP | +25 TQ

Designed for the maximum power, economy, and drivability gains, this tune requires users to run a minimum of 93 octane in their gas tank to see the best power gains.


91 Octane Performance Tune +15 HP | +20 TQ

Designed for power and economy gains while running 91 Octane gasoline. The power is a little less than the 93 tune, but offers the same great drivability gains.


87 Octane MPG Booster Performance Tune +10 HP | +18 TQ

If you’re after fuel economy this tune is for you. Our mileage booster technology allows you to pick up 4+ MPG on your stock vehicle without adding a power boost. It’s perfect for long road trips or even day to day city driving!


Performance Crawl Tune +10 HP | +18 TQ

The Performance Crawl tune optimizes throttle response for crawling and gives you a little more “play” in the gas pedal. It also increases low RPM idle and several other functions to make it ideal for the trail.


Mileage Booster Tune +1-3 MPG

If you’re after fuel economy this tune is for you. Our mileage booster technology allows you to pick up 1-3 MPG on your stock jeep without adding a power boost. It’s perfect for long road trips to and from the trails!
