Carlos Alexandre from Unknown Customs brought his freshly built truck out to LS Fest West for its first real test, hitting the autocross course just two years after the build began. Powered by a 6.0-liter engine built in-house (with a Fuller Fab roll cage), the truck puts down around 630–640 horsepower at the crank and is equipped with a 4L80 automatic, 3,000-stall converter, and a Quick Performance 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears. Built purely for fun and performance, the truck represents a new direction for Carlos—moving into autocross and road racing.

The build leans heavily on Holley components, including an MSD Atomic intake manifold and Terminator X system, which Carlos praises for ease of tuning, strong tech support, and real-time adjustability at events. With improved low- and mid-range power, the setup is ideal for the tight, technical nature of autocross. LS Fest West serves as a shakedown weekend to dial in suspension and work out early issues—but it’s clear this truck is just getting started.
