Flowtech is proud to announce the availability of their 2005 Mustang GT headers, P/N 12116FLT The 12116FLT is a tuned length long tube header for off-road use only. The 12116FLT headers utilized lightweight 16 gauge 30” tuned length 1-5/8” primaries merging into a 6” long 2.5” slip fit collector for a simple, leak-free installation. Thick 3/8” machined flanges result in a perfect leak free seal against the cylinder heads. All emission control fittings are included for easy installation, including the O2 sensor extensions. Not included are O2 simulators for the rear sensors. Installed these headers result in minimal ground clearance loss over stock and work with the factory H-pipe. Installation is a snap, since these headers can be installed from underneath with only disconnection of the O.E. steering coupler. Flowtech’s 12116FLT header comes finished with a baked on high heat resistant black paint or for a show look Flowtech also offer’s the 12116FLT header with a Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating, P/N 12116-1FLT.
