Mr. Gasket Anti-seize is your friend.

This is what the 2UZ-FE engine looked like when I got it 4 years ago. I have worked my way around a lot of fasteners thru out the engine and find Mr. Gasket #78070G anti-seize a great help on many maintenance tasks.
