Ole Blue 72

Looking for any comments or suggestions. My first ride of this caliber and I have ideas but I don’t know much about the ride. Looking to upgrade the Holly Street Avenger card to the new Ultra 770. Currently it has an older mode street Avenger that I believe is the 670. I’m not sure what the deal is with the blue wire on the carb, or what it is supposed to be doing.
