No Resistors Needed - After installing LED taillights, side markers and front markers, my turn signals wouldn't work.

I bought 2 of these United Pacific LED flasher units. It has a reverse polarity cap and ground wire. I had to use the cap and ground, but everything works perfectly. Then I installed the other one on my 64 C-10 and now I have turn signals again. Almost got rear ended in the 64 because people don't understand hand signals. No resistors needed!
