LED lighting upgrades

Rough Country 2 in pods (ditch lights), fog lights (SAE compliant), and 12 in dual row light bar (with white daytime running light function). All interior lighting (overhead and front footwells) converted to LED. High and low beam headlight bulbs changed to LED. Backup lights upgraded to super bright LED bulbs.
