Sniper trouble shooting

I have my sniper up and running but having issues with fuel distribution when the truck warms up to 220. I lose all throttle and stall out for about 20 minutes after whichthe engine cools and I can start the truck again. I have replaced the distributor cap and rotor along with new fuel filter. Has anyone else had this issue?
