New Sniper EFI & HyperSpark

Just finished installing a new Sniper EFI & HyperSpark Distributor that I purchased on Amazon in May. Starts up and runs fine but seems to be an issue with it not going into closed loop mode as the AFR stays at 35.6 even after driving it. If i unplug the O2 sensor then it shows that it is unplugged in the display.
