Resurrected F150

By: Jeffrey 11/13/2023

I bought this Truck in March of 2023 from the original owner. He purchased the Truck in May of 1977 and actually watched it through the build process, as he was a Ford Employee. The Truck was wrecked in 1982 and had a cab from a 1979 put on it and this caused the truck to have a salvage title. When I got it, it had last been registered in February 2006. After 18 years, I got it running and have slowly been getting her back to her glory. I first installed a new fuel system from the tank to the engine. Afterwards, I let Resurrected Garage in Commerce, Ga install the entire brake system. Every line, hose and hardware was replaced on it. Once the brakes were completed, i tried to drive her for a little bit and the heater core started puking. I did what any normal person would do, I sent her back to the shop and had Hooker Longtube headers put on her while they were replacing the heater core. I lucked up on a Holley Sniper 4150 EFI. I will soon be installing that on her and hope to remove the body in the Spring, have the frame powder-coated, and begin the bodywork. She isn't much, but she is a survivor and will soon be Resurrected from the woodline that I found her.
