the swap is complete and running. I have been unable to tune the vehicle due to a a fuel pressure issue. I believe the Holley in-tank pump has failed. the pressure goes up but constantly bypasses and drops to zero as soon as the pump stops. this is unfortunate as it is a brand new pump but has passed the 90 days to return it.
