Resurrected

In 2023 I found this sitting in my cousin's barn in upstate New York. I asked him what his plans were, and he said I could have it as long as I got it back down to Florida where I was visiting from. At first, I thought he was joking, but he said he was serious. I arranged transportation to pick it up in New York and transport it to Florida. It arrived at my place in Florida in August of 2023. I began working my way through the engine bay. The car had a fire in the engine bay due to the Crossfire injection system. Needless to say, this was the first thing to be removed. I replaced that failed injection system and replaced it with a new Weiland intake, Holley Sniper 2 and Hyper-Spark ignition. The fuel system needed to be cleaned and, in most cases, replaced. I added a new Holley in-tank fuel pump, new lines, and new wiring. In August 2024 the car fired up again ran for the first time in over 15 years. It still has some issues to work out, as you can imagine after sitting 15 years in a barn, but it is on the road and driving thanks to Holley.
