Need advise on AF Ratio

I need some advice on the target AF Ratio for my project.

It is a 1972 Triumph TRE6 2.5L engine straight 6

5-speed manual transmission with rear-wheel drive

Roots supercharged set at 8psi

Holley 2300 Sniper EFI

Custom-made distributor set as follows

10° @ idle (900 rpm)

22° @ 2500 rpm (cruising)

32° @ 5500 rpm

So far no pinging neither stalling on cruising or WOT

Got still rough idle

The AF Ratio has been set as follows.

14.3:1 Idle

13.3:1 cruising

12.7:1 WOT

Live in a high altitude city (2200 meters over sea level)

91 RON fuel pump

The question here is, does this AF ratio make sense?

There is no black smoke so far but still rough idle.

What the average AF ratio under this situation should be around?

Spark plugs show lean condition.
