Starting my LS swap

This is a 1970 Buick GS that I have had for about 5 years, I have done only a few things to keep it on the road driving, but know its time to move it to full project car and start my LS swap.  I found a LQ9 from a 2002 Escalade, and will be building this to 500 plus HP to the wheels.  I have been researching the motor swap for about a year, keep the Buick 350, build up the Buick 455 that came with the car, or LS swap.  After looking at cost, HP gains, and drivability/reliability the LS won out.  I will post my pasts list and issues I come across since I will be learning from step one.  I figured in 3 to 5 years I am driving this to Hot August Nights In Reno with my family and doing burn outs for fun and cruise nights.
