Just finished building a stroked 454 into a 496.. Definitely going to go down the EFI path and that also means I'd be crazy to not control the ignition at the same time.
Before putting the engine in I'm also replacing the diff, suspension, brakes and fuel tank. Figure it's a good time to do it while I'm at it and that way I won't destroy the old ten bolt and I'll be able to stop properly at the same time!!
