Need to get it running properly. Has 1973 Oldsmobile 455 V8 and built on that chassis. Car built in Philliopine Islands by Censio and sons and shipped to USA then to a museum in Chicago. Going to change out HEI distributor to a new MSD or Pertronics....your thoughts? Runs poorly currently.
