Vehicle Overview

This car was purchased in Nov. 1999 as a former drag car from Timmonsville S.C. After an eight year project only the roof, deck lid, and doors remain as original pieces. The roll bar is still intact from its racing days, gives it a nostalgic feel. All new interior using GM nos cloth from early 90's IROC Z28 pattern. The transmission is a six speed (t-56) from a 97' Camaro. I installed a "12 bolt" rear axle from a 68' Camaro, using a 4.10 Yukon ring and pinion and a Eaton locking differential. Upon completion in 07' the car has accumulated numerous awards and trophies. It remains a fun weekend driver.

Future Plans

Replace existing rs headlight motors with a set from Detroit Speed. Drive until I'm to old to push the clutch pedal.
